세차 전 엔진룸 온도를 섭씨 50도 이하로 낮춘 뒤, 도장면에 물 + 카샴푸 세차를 진행합니다. 이후 차량 외부와 엔진룸의 수분을 완전히 건조시킵니다.Engine bay temperature is reduced below 50 °C before the paint is washed with water and car shampoo. The exterior and engine bay are then thoroughly dried.
휠, 휠하우스 커버, 하부 커버 등을 탈거하고, 작업 중 도장면 손상을 방지하기 위해 외부 전 면적에 커버링 작업을 진행합니다.Wheels, wheel-arch covers, and underbody panels are removed, and the entire exterior is masked to prevent paint damage during the work.
실내 정밀 청소를 위해 1열 시트를 탈거합니다. 필요 시 스티어링 휠도 탈거하여 가려진 영역까지 작업합니다.The front-row seats are removed for thorough interior cleaning. When needed, the steering wheel is also removed to access concealed areas.
시공 전 사진을 촬영하면서, 전담 메카닉이 차량의 누유 흔적과 고무 부품류의 컨디션을 정밀하게 진단합니다.While capturing pre-service photos, the assigned mechanic inspects the vehicle for fluid leak traces and the condition of all rubber components.
엔진 시동 없이 특수 장비로 냉각수 라인에 0.5 ~ 1.0 bar(약 2,000 ~ 4,000 rpm 부하 수준)의 압력을 가하여 미세 누수를 관찰하고, 냉각수의 농도 및 산성도를 측정합니다.Without starting the engine, specialized equipment applies 0.5–1.0 bar of pressure to the coolant lines (equivalent to a 2,000–4,000 rpm load) to observe micro-leaks. Coolant concentration and pH are also measured.
입고 시점의 차량 컨디션을 정확히 판단하여, 상세한 사진과 함께 정리된 '시공 전 리포트'를 차주에게 전달드립니다.The vehicle's intake condition is precisely assessed, and a detailed "Pre-Service Report" with photographs is delivered to the owner.
엔진오일, 미션오일, 클러치 플루이드, 브레이크 플루이드, 냉각수, 파워스티어링 플루이드 등 차주가 옵션으로 선택하신 항목을 표준 절차에 따라 진행합니다.Items selected by the owner — engine oil, transmission oil, clutch fluid, brake fluid, coolant, power steering fluid — are replaced following manufacturer-specified procedures.
옵션으로 선택하신 경우, OEM 정품 파츠를 사용하여 정확한 토크와 절차로 교환합니다.When selected as an option, replacement is performed using OEM genuine parts at the correct torque and procedure.
휠과 휠하우스가 탈거된 상태에서 서스펜션 스프링과 고무 부싱 사이까지, 전용 케미컬과 특수 장비를 사용하여 정밀 세척합니다.With the wheels and wheel arches removed, the spaces between suspension springs and rubber bushings are precision-cleaned using dedicated chemicals and specialized equipment.
시트가 제거된 차량의 내부를 정밀 세척하며, 카펫류는 버킷에 담가 분리 세척합니다.With the seats removed, the interior is meticulously cleaned. Carpets are removed and washed separately in dedicated buckets.
엔진룸 내부의 누수·누유 흔적과 장기 누적된 먼지를 제거합니다.Coolant and oil leak traces, along with long-accumulated dust, are removed from inside the engine bay.
ECU·TCU 커넥터부에 수분이나 케미컬이 침투하지 않도록 보호 처리한 뒤, 블럭 외부를 정밀 세척합니다.ECU and TCU connector areas are sealed against moisture and chemical intrusion before the block exteriors are precision-cleaned.
알루미늄 블럭, 서브프레임, 카본 터브 등 소재별 특성에 맞는 산성·알칼리성·중성 케미컬을 선택 사용하여 정밀 세척합니다.Acidic, alkaline, and neutral chemicals are selected based on each substrate — aluminum blocks, subframe, carbon tub — for precision cleaning.
휠 볼트, 휠 배럴, 타이어를 모두 분해하여 일반 세차로는 접근 불가능한 안쪽 면까지 디테일링합니다.Wheel bolts, wheel barrels, and tires are fully disassembled, and the inner surfaces — inaccessible to standard car washes — are individually detailed.
캘리퍼, 패드, 디스크를 분해하여 녹과 분진을 제거합니다. 필요 시 브레이크 패드 면 처리를 통해 브레이크 스퀼(스퀘음) 방지 처리까지 진행합니다.Calipers, pads, and discs are disassembled and rust and brake dust are removed. When needed, brake pad surfaces are conditioned to prevent brake squeal.
시공이 완료된 각 부위별로 결과물을 정밀 기록합니다.The completed work is documented in detail, area by area.
차량 제조사 권장 토크값에 따라 모든 부속을 정확하게 조립합니다.All components are precisely reassembled to the manufacturer's specified torque values.
하부 커버를 고정하는 볼트류 전체를 신품으로 일괄 교체하여, 향후 부식·고착 가능성을 차단합니다.All bolts securing the underbody covers are replaced with new parts as a set, preventing future corrosion and seizure.
타이어 내부의 수분을 최소화하기 위해 특수가스 업체의 순수 질소가스를 각 타이어에 3회 주입·방출 반복하여, 최상의 공기압 세팅을 완성합니다.To minimize internal tire moisture, pure nitrogen from a specialized gas supplier is injected and released three times per tire, completing an optimal pressure setting.
다시 한 번 엔진룸 온도를 섭씨 50도 이하로 낮춘 뒤, 도장면에 물 + 카샴푸 세차를 진행합니다. 이후 차량 외부와 엔진룸의 수분을 완전히 건조시켜 물자국을 방지합니다.Engine bay temperature is once again lowered below 50 °C, and the paint is washed with water and car shampoo. The exterior and engine bay are thoroughly dried to prevent water marks.
물왁스와 고체 왁스를 함께 사용하여 도장면에 마감 왁스 시공을 진행합니다.Liquid and paste wax are applied together to finish the painted surface.
하드톱, 도어 웨더 스트립 등 고무 부품에 전용 보호제를 시공하고 충분히 건조시킵니다.Dedicated protectant is applied to rubber components — the hardtop, door weather strips, and more — and allowed to fully cure.
입고 시와 동일하게 앞·뒤·전·후, 각 모서리, 차량 루프 앞뒤를 포함한 10각 사진을 출고 시점에 다시 한 번 기록합니다.As at intake, 10-angle photos — front, rear, sides, all four corners, and the front and rear roof — are recorded again at delivery.
모든 작업 내용을 정성스럽게 정리하여, 시공 전·후를 풍부한 사진 자료와 함께 비교하실 수 있는 최종 리포트를 제공해 드립니다.Every detail of the work is carefully documented, and a final report — complete with rich Before / After photo comparisons — is provided to the owner.
